Isabel's Status

First of all I want to say thank you to everyone who has been thinking about and praying for Isabel and our family. I really believe in the power of prayer and positive energy and I know that is one of the reasons we have had a seizure free weekend! I am starting to feel a little less on edge about everything. Thankfully I don't jump every time I hear a sound and I don't wake up 18,000 times a night. We still have not heard back about when the appointment with the neurologist will be. I will let you know when that happens. I have decided to definitely push for an MRI on top of the EEG because of the family history of brain cancer. I talked it over with my sister Marni (who is a nurse) and she said that most likely it would show up on the CAT scan but the MRI would completely rule it out, which would be a good thing.
Anyway, thanks again for everything and I'll keep you posted about the appointment. For now--no news is good news...
